Every item is created just for you. We partner with a professional print-on-demand provider (Printful), which means:

• Your order goes into production as soon as it’s placed.
• Each piece is made-to-order with care, rather than mass-produced.
• Production time is typically 2–5 business days before shipping.

This process allows us to offer a wider variety of mindful, curated products while reducing waste and supporting intentional shopping.

When will I receive my order?

• Processing time (made-to-order): 2–5 business days.
• Shipping within the U.S.: 3–7 business days once your order has shipped.
• Digital downloads: Available instantly after purchase.

You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your package is on its way.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

We work hard to make sure product photos are accurate. However:

• Colors may vary slightly due to different screen settings and printing methods.
• Each product is printed individually, so small variations are part of the charm of print-on-demand.

Rest assured, the quality is consistent and we only work with trusted production partners.

What is your return policy?

Because each product is made-to-order, we’re not able to accept returns or exchanges for wrong size, color preference, or buyer’s remorse. Please double-check sizing charts and product details before placing your order.

However, we absolutely want you to love your purchase. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, we’ll gladly replace it at no cost. Just contact us at themindfulnessexpo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Who pays for return shipping?

• If there’s a production mistake or damage: we cover it 100%.
• If you’d like to return or exchange for any other reason: the customer is responsible for shipping the item back.

Do you accept returns on digital products?

Digital products (like instant downloads) are non-refundable once delivered. If you experience a download issue, please contact us and we’ll make sure you receive your files.
