Refunds & Returns

At The Mindfulness Expo Marketplace, most items are made to order with our professional print partner, and some are instant digital downloads. We want you to feel confident shopping with us, so here’s exactly how things work.

Production & Shipping

  • Production (made-to-order): 2–5 business days
  • U.S. shipping: 3–7 business days after dispatch (you’ll receive tracking by email)
  • Your order may ship in separate packages if it contains multiple items.

Color & Print Variations

We work hard to represent products accurately. Still, minor color/placement variations can occur due to screen settings and the print process. These small differences are normal for made-to-order goods.

Digital Products

Digital items (guides, downloads, digital artwork) are final sale and non-refundable once delivered. If you have trouble accessing files, email us and we’ll help immediately.

Returns & Exchanges

Because items are produced just for you, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Sizing issues or preference changes
  • Order changes/cancellations after purchase
  • Buyer’s remorse

Tip: Please review size charts and product details before purchasing.

Damaged / Misprinted / Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right with a free replacement or refund.

  • Email themindfulnessexpo@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the issue
  • For approved claims, we cover the cost of the replacement and shipping

Return Shipping (who pays?)

  • Defects/production errors: We cover it.
  • Any other reason (when a return is exceptionally approved): Customer covers return shipping.

Wrong Address / Undeliverable

If an incorrect address is provided or a package is unclaimed and returned to sender, we can reship once the reship fee is paid. Please double-check your address at checkout.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders move to production quickly. We’ll attempt changes if you email us right away, but once production begins, changes/cancellations aren’t possible.
